The Latino or Hispanic makes 18.1% of the total population of the United States. Housing more than 50 million people, there are many Hispanic entrepreneurs who are the part of global rich and famous community. The success story of Top Latinas is something we can seek our daily dose of inspiration from. The Association of Latino Professionals for America, also known as ALPFA, publishes an annual list of the 50 Most Powerful Latina list. This list includes the achievers of the year. It includes the new Latina performers and provides them a platform of national and international exposure. Many Latina entrepreneurs are part of Fortune 500 companies too. 

The classification of the successful entrepreneur is done on the basis of size of the business, significance of the business in the overall economy, health of the business, and future of the business, and its impact on the society’s social and cultural setup. There are many women who are part of the top Latina entrepreneur list. For example, Geisha Williams who is the CEO and President of PG&E features on the top position of the Latina entrepreneurs list. She leads a company that provides electric energy in the USA to about 15 million people. She is adjudged as the first Latina be a proud member of the Fortune 500 Company.

Sonia Dulá is another name that deserves a mention. She is the Vice Chairman of the Bank of America, Latin America. She is extremely talented who is also fluent in five languages. She runs three important divisions of BOA which are corporate, investment, and wealth management. Now she is aiming to transform telecommunications and media companies. 

Latina entrepreneurs include names from diverse field. From the award-winning architects to music sensation and to famous minority entrepreneur, they have it all. The list carries the names of all the talented people of Latinas. Talking about Sofia Vergara, she migrated from Colombia to the US and became a superstar entrepreneur. She was already the top and highest earning actress on television, but that did not satiate her craving to achieve more. She is now a co-founder of a media agency called Latino World Entertainment. She also takes up advertising deals like Pepsi etc. She believes in taking controlled risk. A $100 million worth Sofia Vergara has also written a book for the people who wish to become successful entrepreneurs. 

As per a data, it is believed that 87% of the Latino entrepreneur plan to increase their business this year. With this kind of growth plan, all we can say is that by next five years the Latina entrepreneurs will contribute more to the cultural and economic state.
